hmm.. got new network switch now my torrent wont work :( bit tornado

ok the other day I replaced a 6 or 7 year old SMC barracade 8 port router (it was configured to run as a switch anyway)

the new switch is a Trendnet Gigabit Green switch. everything else works fine and all my computers connect and can share file but the machine connected to the new switch.

torrent does not work

I use bit tornado and it keep saying:
Couldn't listen - unable to forward port via UPnP

I double checked the IP of the machine and the router port forwarding setting and nothing change, it was like before. the only thing I did was changed the switch. the switch is one of those unmanaged switch that you just plug in.

I know it's not the torrent because all the torrent I tired gave me the same error. and if I try the torrent on a different machine that is hooked directly to the router (DCHP) and it seems fine.

anyone know what I can do?
