You can go in to hijackthis and restore the backup options from what was deleted ....

To restore, you'd select every individual backup and click restore ....
However, it appears a rogue entry is still in there. Although its a headache, I would be tempted to do another scan and logfile post on here. The localhost entry is a malicious one. Redirecting you to 127.0.0.1 stops IE accessing the internet ...
The problem will be one of those toolbars probably ...
