I have come to think that certain PIII based laptops use water cooling.
1. Look at some of the mobile PIIIs, they have a metal block ontop with two small holes, one in one corner, the other in the opposite corner.
2. On a Dell Lattitude Cpx PIII700 laptop that I used, I noticed that on the right back side there is an opening in which a large heatsink is. Air is passed over this heatsink with a fan in the back of the machine, and there is a brass like tube connection to the heatsink.
3. Logic, how else to do cool a 700mhz+ processor in a computer and almost less than an inch thick?

Too bad, my dumb motherboard fried just about everything. Waiting for Tbird 900, FIC AD11 (AMD 761 DDR), 128 PC2100 DDR, GeForce2 MX! YEAH!
