Hey, about a couple months ago i built my first computer. Just about now i am having some problems with what i believe to be the heatsink/fan. When i am at my computer i am always hearing a fan seem to struggle, it keeps getting louder and softer and just flickering like that. It is the retail amd athlon heatsink/fan. I know that it can not be the case fan because it is coming from the center of the case. Also, my cpu temp is as low as it was before, about ~85F. What is wrong and what should i do?
