Another dual cpu mobo question
I keep hearing of people runnign twin AMD Athlon XPs in the new Dual mobo's. Is this actually true? I was of the opinion only the XPs could work in SMP mode and that a hardware block was in place to only allow 1 XP processor run in these boards.
In more specific terms would two AMD Athlon 1800XPs run in the new Asus A7N266-D (or whatever it's called)?
If it's possible would you let me know as i have a source where i can pick up another 1800XP for £80 ($120 US) and i have been concidering building a server for ages.
