The only way your ganna make your card faster then a MX or GTS is if u replace the SDR ram with some 200mhz DDR ram
BTW I don't care about 3Dmark200 because it isnt a real world benchmark.
Is the GeForce2 MX able to achieve GTS performance? If so is it an overclock and or tweak as in the Radeon LEs case, or is it something like what you have to do to change a GTS to a Quadro?
How far is an MX off of GTS performance, I have not heard of any one taking on to GTS speeds.
This is the question im trying to answer here.not how fast a GTS can go,The guy just wants to know uf its worth upgrading.
From my experiences with 256 and MX, i say they can be fast as a Stock GTS(not a pro or ultra)at good 1024x678 16 and 32 bit resolutions. I know this is possible because i have seen and done it.BTW this card is at least 30% faster from overclocking and tweaking. How can you say a MX cant get 25%?Any card with 2 grades higher ram can get 25%
MX ussually sports 5.5 and 5 ns modules, the 5's will definitley get that 25% and more.
