ok, im trying to refresh and it works fine in IE but in netscape it dont work. I added the lines:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="0">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

for netscape but the crap doesnt work. anyone have any suggestions?
