Does anyone have preferences on where to go for a newbie first timer to learn how to make a homepage. I have RoadRunner service and they give out so many megs for peoples homepage.....only I dont know where to begin. My cousin has a homepage but its basically just a directory like that one where the tricked out gaming rig is at...I want a homepage like www.planetdong.com or something!
