How do I make a CDR open up automatically when inserted into the CD Rom

I know that I need a autorun.ini file.
It goes something like this:

[autorun]
open:???????????
icon:???????????

I don't remember what I need to type in so that when I insert the cd the contents of the cd will poop up in a window automatically. Any help would be great...
