Threewave is a mod for Quake 3 that takes plain old Q3 CTF, adds runes(strenth, regeneration, haste, resistence), a grapple, and the best maps you have ever seen. I have jsut recently started playing this game consistantly, and I'm addicted as hell....www.threewave.com
