Antec SX1040B and square window mod... need some help

I purchased the Window and I am ready to put it in, it is featured here:

    http://www.casecooler.com/clearsquarca.html

Then I realized that there is a handle on my case for opening the door, as seen here.

Should I mod the window to go around the handle like a half moon? In that case, I will have to slightly shorten the window to get the extra rubber to fit.

That's a bad picture, but those of you with the case should see my problem.. Put the window farther forward, or mod the window so I can see more.

    What do you guys think?

i had to cut a window to fit my pannel and learned a lot from the experience
i would cut the window in a half moon to add some pesonal touch to the window
i found cutting the acrylic was easy with a dremel at slow speeds it sorta melted it but since it was in the molding u don't see it anyway
also with the new design make sure there are no sharp corners cuz i didn't and it sure was a pain to get the window in the pannel

i have used a dremel and a jig saw and like the jig saw better if u have a good way to hold the pannel secure i had someone else hold it as i cut
while the dremel went through a ton of cutting disks i was able to do it with no help and like one clamp
