    Semi-random shutdowns with 8K3A+

Sometimes for no apparent reason, the board just shuts off. No warning or soft shutdown, just power-off. This happens every time I start Motherboard monitor, and every few days it shuts off completely randomly. Is happening to anyone else? What can be done to fix this problem?

It might be PSU related. I had a bunch of ramdom shut downs with an old PSU (370W) on my 8kha+. I switched the PSU to a new 450W one and now my comp has been on 2 days 16 hours straight. I still get the occasional random reboot, but not nearly as often.

Nope, I got the problem taken care of. It seems that somehow my settings in MBM got messed up, and the board shuts down when something tries to acess the Winbond P2, instead of the Winbond P2 Diode.

I also have a brand new Antec PSU, and I monitor volatges constantly, so I have good, clean power.
