Aren't there beta tools for building NWN environments available for download already?
That's really nice of you though, for people with slow connections.

this isnt beta this is the pre-order incentive that gamestop gives away

No, this is the beta for the toolset. Right you are that gamespot is giving them away(and if you are a regular a your local Babbages, they'll give you a copy), but you can download it at fileplanet and other places too! Boiware said that modules made with this beta will probably not work with the final release though......it's basically just for practice.
