because movie files are already compressed...usually...even if u compress u won't get much outta it...u might reduce size by like 5-10 megs at MOST so it ain't worth it...u have 2 options.

    1) over-burn...since its only 30mb over...try compressing it a bit more so its like 20 meg over if u can...then over-burn your cd using nero...

    2) u can use the option with winrar...and compress the movie file into 2 separate files...and burn it onto 2 cd's...and once u copy the files again...u can put it back together with winrar...

i m guessing the 2nd option is best for u...but if u can get a hold of like 99 min cd-r's that would be best...but i doubt you'll be able to find them...so try option if u want to play it safe and compress your movie file into 2 separate files...

I've used something similar to that option two before and it worked excellent. Just try searching on www.download.com for a file splitter.

Make An Image of the file using cdrwin and then burn the Cd buy time instead of size and you can fit like 800mb on a 700mb CD.

I remember posting a thread about this and I did find the answer its a website - http://www.vcdhelp.com/. Everything you want is on it. It has a problem that will compress you video and audio to a 650mb CD and will still be playable from the CD. Great programs on the site.
