Have you checked out the ASUS P4T533 (RIMM4200) board ? It supposed to be out soon and comes bundled with a 512mb RIMM4200 stick which according to some reviews OC's in the 166 x 4 range Not only that but the board has all the OCing options you need including FSB up to 200 , AGP/PCI lock , All Vcore/DIMM adjsutments ,etc...

I want a P4T533 some bad but it'll be atleast a month and a half after the US release that i'll see one here
