Can we have a forum just to ask why OT was deleted?

Hehhe I think since about every week we get about 5 threads dealing with this it warrants a forum.

I would like to see a "Read These Rules" forum (similar to the one on www.hardforums.com) that only the admin can post to, more like a FAQ posting.

The FAQ would explain why there is no OT forum and why it would not come back. The FAQ would also explain the diffence between a mod and admin (maybe you've seen some people asking mods to bring back OT or refering to mods as admins). Other stuff can be covered like Sharky ranks and custom avatar, etc.

EDIT: This would be a suppliment to the AUP.

We need this so badly. Maybe a sticky in the "Ask the Sharky Team" where any changes are announced and (briefly) explained.
