New PSU and GeForce2 GTS problems!

Yesterday I changed my Codegen 350Watt for an Enermax 431Watt. All were fine untill I entered Windows. During Windows load and inside Windows my monitor was showing serious artifacts, blue, green lines, black lines in desktop and artifacts in bios menu. In the beginning I thought my AGP volt was wrong, but then I realized it was normal (Vdimm=Normal).
So I removed my GeForce2 and put an old Viper770 (TNT2) setting the jumpers to 4x (cause I've a GA-8IRXP with intel i845d chipset) and now everything seems fine.
Apparently, problem is when combine this new PSU with my GF2 GTS. BUT I can't think of a reason why a new PSU would cause a card not work properly. Then the Viper770 which uses same volt (1.5V) worked just fine.
I'm very confused, any ideas of what happens?

have you tried the old PSU again to make sure that the graphic card didn't go bad?

...or maybe you got a bad power supply. The GTS is power hungry...

I'll put back old PSU to check if card's ok.
But I don't think this new Enermax is bad cause in my hardware monitor I take these values:
    +12V=12.039V
    +5V=5.160V
    +3.3V=3.340V
    Vcore=1.850V

Note that I take more than efficient volts and my system is o/ced at 142fsb from 100 (P4 1.8A @ 2.55Ghz), so I don't believe it's bad (but you never know...)

Other ideas? LOL ( I start thinking I damaged my card, )

BTW, I made some testing on the Viper V770(non ultra, I got it for 20 euro , hehe. I first o/ced it via Coolbits from 125/150 to 160/175 (it won't let me go over 160Mhz in core clock and I can't remember what clocks the Ultra's had).
I used again Omega drivers 1.0.29c and run Quake3 with all settings maxed.
    in 1024x768@32bit : 28.5 fps.
while in GeForce2 I was taking about 80-85 without antialiasing.
Also I run 3dmark2001 and it gave me just over 2000 points with software T&L, GF2 gives around 5000 points. (a little o/ced with 29.42 not Omega)
However, I noticed the sky in Q3Arena and WOW! it was just amazing whereas when I had the GF2 Q3's sky was crappy, ****ed up! Same thing noticed in SOF 1 where sky is again normal not crapped. So, my question's: Is there any way to fix sky in Q3/SOF with GF2, I tried S3 quality fix in past but it didn't work. And does this bug remain on GeForce3/4 series?

that messed up sky is normal for the gf2 series nvidia used texture compression and it didnt work out so well, with the gf3/4 series they still use texture compression, but it is lossless texture compression, so you lose little or no image qaulity

Radeon's also use texture compression but the sky looks ok. Here we talk about a bug, isn't it?
Isn't there a command to turn off texture compression in Quake3 or SoF?

I put old PSU and now my GF2 runs fine, so this Enermax causes GF2 to have artifacts and other faults, so why this happens? Is Enermax bad PSU?
Anyone ever had this problem with an Enermax PSU?
