Hey everyone,

I just wanted to send out a general reminder regarding the rules we have here at our happy little cyberhome away from home we call Sharkyforums. At the bottom of every page you visit, there is a link to the forum's Acceptable Use Policy. Whether you remember it or not, you all *agreed* to follow it when you signed up here. I suggest that some of you look it over again sometime, just to refresh in your mind what is and is not acceptable for posting here.

This is a public forum - everyone who can follow the rules is welcome. Since not everybody can follow the rules all the time, we have forum moderators such as myself. We are not "forum Nazis" and do not get some kind of odd gratification by trying to ruin anybody's fun. We're just here to enforce the policies that the AUP outlines. That means that we will close, move, or censor any thread that includes things that are an obvious violation of those policies. So if you post about cracks/hacks/warez or anything of that nature, we are going to deal with it. If you flame anybody else here, we are going to deal with it. Basically if you break the simple rules, we are going to deal with it.

Keep in mind that this place is about getting computer support/tips/information and having fun. Try to play by the rules and it'll be fun for everybody. OK?
