Neither...... Look at Ubi's IL-2. That sim is outstanding. Best 50 bucks, I ever spent on a game.

They are working on a modern sim called LOMAC, screens are just breath-taking....

But, out of the 2 you listed Jane's without a doubt.

Hours of fun with WW2 fighters, and Longbow 2.

No sim out there even comes close to IL-2. The support from the developers alone is amazing. If you at all serious about WWII combat sims, buy this game! The flight models are amazing, many real pilots who play the game say its the only game thats come the closests to what flying a real plane is like. Go to www.IL2sturmovik.com and check it out.

IL-2 is pretty good. I think the new Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3 is coming out soon. I wonder how good that'll be.

Just FYI, Janes makes the fighter sim software for the USAF. I like Janes quite a bit, but they sure dropped the ball on rogue squadron. Figters Anthology IMO is the best sim around, although it is dated. MS does a pretty good job as well. I just like em all.

Yeah, IL-2 is really amazing. I'm also really looking forward to Ubisoft's Lock On : Modern Air Combat and CFS3 of course.

The only thing that will beat IL2 is the Forgotton Battles expansion for same. P-51 and, joy of joys, the P-47 thunderbolt will be included.
