First off, get a nice big tower case i suggest the PC-70. it's a super good case to mod in ALL areas (except for mobility ). Once you get a nice server case or something big like that, have wherever you bought it from mod it for you. When you purchase the case, see if they give you the option of adding a window or cold cathodes. Fans can be purchased at www.newegg.com for a good decent price. Also, to control those fans (with a baybus like you're describing), go to www.pcmods.com to get that. You can also buy those Lian-Li cases for pretty cheap there too, along with windows and cold cathodes. So go to:

    www.newegg.com for fans

    and

www.pcmods.com for the case, window, cold cathodes, and the fan baybus.

There are also a lot of other sites to buy stuff like that such as www.zxmods.com etc but pcmods is already really cheap and convenient. happy modding!

Yeah they are 200 I think (without PSU), but thats about the only retail store that sells them. They are nice, I didn't realize how light they were, but they are wayyyyyy lighter than my antec!

You can get a lot of stuff online without a credit card. Money Orders are an alternative to Credit Cards, but the only reason to use them is if you don't have a card (which you don't have ), since it's pretty hard to get your numbers snatched and it tacks a few more days to your shipping time (since the MO has to get there first).

I've been using them all the time online, and I'm definitly not old enough for a card. Most vendors accept MO's with hardly a problem, Newegg being one of them.
