    FiG's Mod shots - Warning to 56k'rs

Well, it's been more than a year since I completed my comp, and it was a time after that still until I took these pictures. Sorry to say that these pictures are after its prime as the you can see the dust, the messy cabling, and the cold cathode blacklight is missing cuz it broke.

Nevertheless, here is my blue wonder of a beast. It weighs about 60lbs. Despite how messy the cabling looks here, I spent a LOT of time on it. So much of the wiring is hidden, even though much isn't. I simply got tired of this project.

    Case:
    1 x Addtronics WTX8500
Fansall h1Panaflos Not including the 92mm and 80mm, or the vid card fans etc.)
    1 x 120mm
    4 x 92mm
    1 x 80mm
    1 x DigiDoc5
    1 x RheoBus
    WaterCooling:
    Dangerden MazeII
    Radiator:
    BlackIce Rev. 1
    Pump/Res:
    Generic from I forget where.

All work done with a dremmel. Time to completion: Too much time. can't remember, just that I got extremely sick of it.

Money spent, err, too much. The case itself was about $250, plus all the parts and dremmel blades were a lot all together. I was especially proud of the work I did on the front door (notice window in front door).

Here is a pic of the case as it came to me.

Hehe. Contact me in another year and maybe. :P
I just hadn't realized at first what a big project it would turn out to be. Had I known, I would have paced myself a little better.

Yeah. The mobo is on the left side of the case instead of the right side. :P

It's a WTX server case and not an ATX. It took me a while to get used to it meself.

    Hope that clears things up.

Thanks. It's just chrome edge molding for car doors, from the auto store. I used adhesive (double sided foam tape) to adhere the lexan, on the inside of the case.
