Microsoft Mouse!!!
Just a couple quick questions (cause microsoft's website is too dang confusing).
What is the phone number for Microsoft's mouse support place.
What information would I need to have Mircosoft fix it, ie... reciept, or box, or what?
I have an Intellieye Optical USB, and the wheel is sticking, and I would just like this fixed.

actually, microsoft's replacement service is pretty good from what i hear. they send you one for free without requesting the old one back. all you need is the product serial number under the device.

we aren't obligated to help anyone. he was just saying what was on his mind on this matter. i think that's perfectly acceptable.
anyway i blieve the number is: 1 800 360-7561. you need to give them the serial number under your mouse and hopefully after that your new mouse is on its way

GO BENGALS!!!!!
Microsoft is pretty good at replacing your mouse fast and free. If you don't want the hassle, just go buy another mouse.
