July's Budget System?

In the Sharky Extreme Budget Build for July you recommended looking for a vendor that sells a "pre-tested P4 1.6A/motherboard combo that is guaranteed to hit the 2.1GHz mark." Can you name any vendors that offer this combination?

There's a few that will do it. I'd suggest just getting a retail boxed 1.6a, it's highly likely that it'll hit 2.1GHz.

My old P4S333 and 1.6a did 2.5GHz no problem.
