    Another vote for the Serious Sam engine. What ever they did to keep frame rates worked flawlessly and the Warped deathmatch rules!

    Giants was pretty for its time, but it's soooo directx7

    SS2 is pretty, though.

    what i'd like to see is game developers using better sound modelling for their games, instead of dumbing down the sound for bass-happy subwoofer freaks and people with 15-buck 4.1 systems.
