    The 2000+ I got from newegg (OEM) was an AGOIA core also... I sure doesn't OC too well... (could be my board though). So I'm guessing the AGOIA core isn't great, but I guess it can get to 2000+ seeing as that's what mine is....

    Yeah its your mobo. Because the AGOIA is very great. Regardless of the default speed whether XP1600 or even all the way up to XP2100+, every single AGOIA that's been inside a decent mobo has gone well past 1.75Ghz
