I have a A7M266, never have figured out how to get the LED connectors from Lan Li to work exactly right, but im not to worried about it, ohh and a quick question, my Lan Li PC70 has usb ports on the front and it has about 5 connectors per two ports but i dont know how to conect it to the mobo since it has its own little card and cable.

The PSU needs to be connected to a board. If not, I don't think you will get anything.
Connect it to the board and the fan should work, if the position of that "O/-" switch is correct.

Super Bunny Mod
To get power out of a ATX power supply you need to have it connected to the motherboard and then use the power switch on the case i.e. the button on the front of the case you normally use to turn the computer on, the cable from the switch must be plugged into the motherboard for this to work. Or you could take a paper clip and short the green wire on the power supply connector you plug into the motherboard to one of the black wires.

I submitted an RMA request over at newegg.com and am going to try and replace the mobo with a new one. See if that helps.
No. You have to short several pins on the 20 pin connector for that to work. Look around the web for details.
