Overclocked 1.8a @ 2.4 , wich motherboard sould i take ?
Hi , i lately use only AMD stuff so i dont' hawe too much Intel info in my head but i got yesterday a sweet 1.8a wich does 2.4 @ default voltage . Wich DDR motherboard (RDRAM is out off question)sould i buy to keep stable this setup ?
I need a good overclocking DDR mobo who is stable and fast and good for one year also who will support future stuff , right now i hawe 512 Crucial PC 2100 but i will change for Samsung DDR 333 next month.
Also wich P4 boards have the capability to lock down the PCI/AGP bus at 33/66 regardless of FSB setting ?
Thx for help .

RIP SiS :(
The P4S8X would be a great board for future stuff, but the DDR400 support for it is kind of shoddy right now. If you're willing to get it now and wait for bios updates, you can. Otherwise I suggest the P4S533(-e model if you can find it) or P4B533.

Only thing I could think of that would be getting released then would be the SiS 658, which is Rambus... 655'll be sampled in the next month, likely, but in mass production around December or so, which is DC DDR400.

This Asus P4S8X look a bit beta to me and sould hawe a lot of stuff fixed but board look nice and with a lot of potential , i might look for a new revision and check out forums for problems ,also look like a very upgradable board .

There's a new beta bios that was just released. I've just posted it on another forum (since not many people have it here) and I'm waiting for results. So far the only problem really is the DDR400. The AGP 8x stuff's rubbish. ATi has admitted it's their fault and will replace R9700's with new one's that will run agp 8x properly and are trying to release new drivers for it.
