    Need two rear speakers

Time to upgrade: Right now I have a 2.1 (Monsoon MH502) on TBSC. I need two rear speakers and my budget is <$70 usd. Help me out, thanks.

Just get another set of those Monsoons and use them for the rears. The extra subwoofer would be nice too. Unless you are planning on spending $150+ then I doubt you would do any better.

    here here

Actually I second that buying a second set of MH-502, considering that set only shipped with a 4" sub. I would like to see how it works in a 4.2 workup.

I have a santa cruz and am using monsoon mh-502 for my front speakers. I recently got a set of monsoon mh-500's off ebay for $50 shipped. They work great as rear speakers plus they match up very well with the front monsoons! The mh-502 is a slightly updated version of the mh-500 and has better treble plus improved imaging (placement of instruments). But they sound very close to each other and combined make a great 4.2 setup.
