    Is my PSU dying?

Hey guys, long time no see/post. It's been a while since I last posted here, but I have a good reason! College sucks. This year is infinitely times harder than last year and I have so little spare time that I don't really feel like spending it at the computer.

Now to my question. I just bought a 6 port baybus from frozencpu (got it for $16 ) and installed it. Then about a day after that I hear some clicking coming from my power supply. I think it's the fan, but have no idea. It's definitely the powere supply. Has anyone had any experience like this? My PSU is an Antec 400W PP412X.

Thanks for your help, hopefully I can start posting a little more often.

Yea the voltages are all ok. My guess would be something to do with the fan, but maybe if anyone has had this problem they can help me out

Some PSU fans are two speed and im guessing some PSU's might use a relay to switch between the two speeds which would procuce a light click every now and then.

Try to see if the fan speeds up or slows down after these clicks.
The fans are easy to replace if need be and the two speed switch can be bypassed with a little soldering in the PSU or by simply plugging the fan into a 12v power lead or header.
