Windows XP: How can I enable ATL-CTRL-DEL login prompt?

Is there a way to enable the "ALT-CTRL-DELETE" login prompt in Windows XP? I disabled the "Welcome" screen, and I get the username/password dialog without having to press ALT-CTRL-DELETE.

Go to admin tools -> Local Security Policy -> Security Options

On the right you should see a list... look for "Interactive logon : do not require CRTL+ALT+DEL" is "Not defined"

Right click on it and select properties and DISABLE it.

Since you deactivated the "welcome screen" it should have also deactivated "fast user switching", so now it should work.

If you're not comfortable with adjusting the local security policy, you can do it through the User Accounts Wizard also:

Control Panel->User Accounts, click Change the way users log on or off, then uncheck "Use the Welcome screen".
