That's really a hard question to answer. Do they want price points from online vendors or from retail outlets like CompUSA. Places like CompUSA are still selling GF4 cards for the same MSRP that the cards sold for upon release, and unless they are running a sale, you will pay MSRP for the card. For example, if you check their web site for the costs on the Ti 4600/4400/4200 you will see prices of $399/$299/$199 repsectively, with the 9700 still going for MSRP of $399 putting in on par with the 4600.

Also, whether sales and discounts will be offered will depend highly on sells figures in general. If the current buying trend remains flat or goes into decline you are more likely to see discounts to move x-mas stock off shelves. If buying of computer parts picks up, they may not discount these items until after x-mas when the little extra excess stock needs to be sold; your typical after x-mas blowout sales you see from almost all vendors.

Yeah, I'll have to factor that in to my stats.

I'm guessing that pricing wil be as follows MSRP ATi 8500($149),8500LE($129),9000pro($100),9500pro($169). Of course I'm guessing, 'cause ATI's street prices strays extremely far from actual MSRP prices. But, I should be around the ball park.
