Asus P4PE/L or Gigabyte GA-8PE667 ULTRA?

Hey guys I'm looking into an upgrade next week. The system I am planning on will be 2.4B w/ 512MB Corsair XMS PC3500. Now my question is which board would be the best. The Asus P4PE/L or the Gigabyte GA-8PE667 ULTRA? I am looking for one that supports HT so I don't need to buy a new board for a future upgrade and I need it to have raid so I don't need to go out and buy a pci controller card. I have heard a few good things about both boards but I have also heard of possible probs with the Asus board. I would also like to ask for personal opinions from people that have used either board before. Also if anyone has opinions on any other boards with the same features please feel free to list them.

Here is a comparison of those two boards:

I am also thinking of getting one of these boards, leaning toward the gigabyte. The article mentions that they got the FSB up to 172 mhz! I plan on getting at least a 2.8 P4, a Radeon 9700 Pro, and I want to overclock the hell out of everything on there.
