How do I turn off Personalized Menus?
I'm really annoyed (sp?) with those two downward pointing arrows that come up when I go to file, edit, option, etc. They only show the items I have previously clicked and it's a hassle to click those things again and again.
Can someone tell me where I can change that?

In Windows 2000/XP (classic GUI): Right-click the taskbar and select properties. Go to the Start Menu tab and click the Customize button. In the advanced options, un-check "Use Personalized Menus".
In Internet Explorer 6: Click the Tools menu, then select Internet Options, and go to the Advanced tab. Uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu".
In Microsoft Office XP: Open Word or Excel. Click the Tools menu, then select Customize. On the Options tab, check "Always show full menus".
