    New soundcard?

    Hey it's another what sound card should I get thread

    Anyways I plan on getting altec lansing 641s (is 2buystore still the cheapest?) and use sound mainly for games, with music and dvds thrown into the mix every once in a while.
    So how much difference in sound quality is their between a tbsc, audigy, and audigy2? Does the audigy's performance justify its price over the tbsc? Does the audigy 2's performance justify its price over the tbsc and audigy? Also I run WinXP (I heard audigy drivers aren't that great in XP). And anyone know when the audigy 2 oems will be released? I really like the physical looks of the audigy 2 (oo! that gold is purdy!) but I already own SOFII, though I wouldn't necessarily mind getting Hitman2...
