What Video Card to Get?? Big Decision!!

My system is in my sig. My Geforce 2 GTS is not cuttin it anymore.
I was interested in the Albatron 4200 p-turbo, but lately people have not had great oc results with those cards.
I am willing to pay up to $180, so maybe a geforce 4400 is the way to go. So, what card should i get, and where can i get it for a good price? What overclocks are you people getting with your cards. Seems like a lot of people are gettin an oc of around 300/600 for their 4200's. What card should i get, where, and what kind of oc should i expect? thanks!

To buy a 4400 or 4600 (Or Alba Turbo) would be a bad decision, due to the fact that GF-FX is on the horizon, literally, and if thats too steep for you, when the card comes out, the Ti4400 and 4600 will drop in price dramatically, the Ti4200 will probably be the same, maybe drop a few bucks, but should stay pretty close to its current price.

In a nutshell, if you decide to get a Ti4400 or higher, wait until NV30 comes out. If you have your mind set on the Ti4200, wouldnt be a bad idea to get the cheapest one possible, then save up for a cheap version of the GF-FX.

There are limitless possibilities, I can only give you a few. lol.

I'm happy with my Ti4200 for now, and when NV30 comes out, I will be getting that, probably the Ultra version too (God DAMN Thats fast!)

The NV 30 isn't on the horizon. Maybe horizon of next Spring. Also, the NV30 will be $400.

    Just get a 4400.

All Albatron's cards are awesome, or possibly MSI.

I say wait for the 9500pro. If you're planning to pay that much, you might as well go with a Dx9 card. But, you really can't go wrong with a 4400 either.

Half of me is agreeing with Fbs1992, but if u want to purchase now , then i say if u go the TI4200 Route pickup the Alba Turbo P or Leadtek and for ti4400 Get Leadtek, its one heck of a card . Or u can Try MSI, its also gud.
