UT2003 help

How do you install UT2003 mods, character models, levels, mutators, etc.? I've got the stuff downloaded and I tried just pasting it into the base file, but they don't appear in the game.

I have no idea what you mean by base file, but every mod/map/skin i've downloaded came with a text file with perfect instructions. When it doubt, match the file extension of the file to be copied to the other file extensions in the directory. I know system, maps, textures, animations are the popular directories for skins and maps.

Sorry, I meant to say "system file". Anyways, I just downloaded a mutator and did what you said and it works fine in the game. I don't know why this hasn't been working in the past--I'm almost positive I've been extracting the files into the system folder. Oh well, works fine now!
