right now the best is the 3.06ghz with hyperthreading and rambus is the best memory to go with it.
if you want cheaper then get a 2.4 or 2.53 with ddr ram and you will be able to get a decent overlcock out of both of them

I'm not buying now i'm just wondering whats the best combination of ram/cpu available for best performance.
