    Palms and Handsprings, Suggestions

Hey boys and girls...wow, haven't posted in 6 months. I guess that's what studying Electrial and Computer Engineering will do to ya...Haha. Anyways, I figured I needed to keep myself a little more organized, so I'm lookin at a Palm Pilot or a Handspring. Nothing too snazzy, but something to keep me organized, and in touch. Nothing too pricey, I'm lookin to spend around 125, give or take. Any suggestions or where to get one for a decent price? Too bad newegg doesn't sell them

    Regards,
    Chris

I got a Handspring Visor off of EBay for about $82. I really like it. I haven't gotten to use the springboard module, but hopefully I'll find a use for it.

Ebay can have some pretty good deals on PDA's if you watch it long enough.

    Hope I've helped a little,

Handspring has discontinued a lot of their accessories.

If you are looking at a palm for cheap I'd consider this deal:

    SJ20

    or even better:

    Sony SJ20 for $125

    Palm m125 for $90

Or, if you can afford just a wee bit more, okay like $75 more, you can get a new Dell Pocket PC for $199 through Dell Axim 5 which has color, and MP3 player and if you are familiar at all with windows, you will be just fine with it.

Those are the best deals I've seen.

also check here: www.bargainpda.com in the bricks/mortar section for updated deals, as well as coupons in the coupon/rebate section.

I had posted about the m125 w/ $40 rebate from office max last week, and now they are sold out.

But I'd jump on one of those SJ20's if you don't need color or mp3 player. Those are great prices for a hi-res 320x320 16mb RAM small form factor model with a rechargeable battery.

    Good Luck!
