How do white cold cathodes look?

I'm thinking about buying one off of bestbyte.net, anyone seen or know how these work? It's not just like having a light bulb in there is it?

I would assume its just like a light bulb considering light bulbs are white light....someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It'll be just like a flourescent white lightbulb you see lighting offices and classrooms and some desk lamps.

Filament bulbs would look similar too, though they're noticeably yellower than flourescents.

Whites look pretty cool, as they bring out the color of you components, rather than adding their own.

That's why I don't like them so much... I don't care for all the colors of my components.

Anyway, that's also why they're just like a normal lightbulb.
