That's why I was debating whether or not to spread the news. But from what I understand, if you get the random popup you're already a winner. I don't think it takes on the form of a lottery where you have to send in some info and be drawn. Still, I have no ideas how the odds will stack up.

I live in Quebec!!! I'm tired of that... I can't participate in any contest! That sucks! It's always like that! Opened to Canadian and Americans, except Quebec!! I think I'm gonna move!
