    Assigning Keys to do stuff??

I'm not sure if you'd call them 'hotkeys' or 'macros' but I want to know if it's possible to assign series of keystrokes to be assigned to some combination of keys (ie Alt + F7, or something like that) to be used in all applications. For instance, I've been having to type in my address many times in word processor documents and at websites. I was hoping there was a way to assign my 4 line address to a simple keystroke.

    please help

if you have MS Office or more specifically Word, you can create Macros that do that kind of stuff for you. I am not uber aware of how, but i know it can be done.
