possible virus i have?

hey, i was moving some files from a friends harddrive recently, and after that i noticed all my jpg images were gone, and renamed to filename.jpg.vbs This had happend to all my mp3 files also but they were not deleted, they just were copied so i have the original file and the filename.mp3.vbs all the vbs files are worth about 10-11 kb of space, and when i change the vbs files to a txt, this is what it says,

i looked it over, and i searched for love-letter-for-you-.htm which was in my system and i deleted it, i'm not sure if that was the proper action or not, could anyone tell me if there is anthing else i can do? I'm not familar with any coding at all. But reading the thing, am i correct it just deletes all the files extentions listed there and makes that vbs copy? i appreciate the help from anyone. I dont know what my 10 year old brother downloads either.. =\

People don't respond for days on this forum anymore to alot of questions, its ok, i'll help. Im not terribly skilled in programming but I believe that is written in Visual Basic and their is a function Spreadtoemail() which meens if you have outlook make sure that no emails were sent to your friends spreading the virus (probably taken through your address book). It's also checking the status of registration keys, its obviously a windows written virus. Anyways, I could describe 50 more things about the code but I won't, but get a virus scanner and that should pick it up. It has probably spread. And deleting an HTM file won't rid you of the virus. ITS THE ILOVEYOU VIRUS!! HAHA..havent seen that one in awhile.
