Wireless hub?
Here's the deal: I've got cable coming in and through a LinkSys router to my 3 computers. My wife is setting up a new machine upstairs, so I'd like to add wireless. Since I already have a router, I'd like to avoid buying another.
It looks like what I really need is an "Access Point" and have found the Belkin F5D6130. Anyone familiar with this hardware? Or this setup in general?
Is IEEE 802.11b the best option?

Yep, you'd want an access point. Or you could buy another router and either replace your router or hook it up the wireless router as an access point, not using its router functionality. (I just mention that because sometimes you can find wireless routers for less than access points.)
From what I've read about it on Practically Networked, the Belkin access point is a pretty good little unit. HERE is their page summarizing its features, and HERE is their review of it on 802.11-planet.
