I still love my Herc GTXP

Ive had the thing for about a year now, and its been in 3 different Mobo's and run 3 different sets of speakers. Ive never had any conflict or problem with the card and I love the input box. I dont think Ill stray from Hercules after this, especially with all the problems I had with SB cards before made the switch.

Thats cool, I wanted to try the GTXP but now I have a Santa Cruz and an Audigy 2 so theres no point.

I wanted one when they first came out, oh well...but yeah don't bother changing it unless you really want to use EAX 3, and 5.1 in games.

i can second the hercules love... i have had nothing but good times with my fortissimo 7.1 card, it is great, like you said 0 conflicts so far, and the quality of the sound is much better than anything i have heard to date (i have not heard the audigy2 yet)

What are the specs of your HT Isez? How much did you spend? Income tax returns are right around the corner and I'm trying to gather ideas.

Here is an idea, instead of buying a liability, why not buy an asset?
Invest in a ROTH IRA account. They are free and can help you retire early.

Well right now I had 2 Polk R40s (fronts), 2 Polk R15s (rears), KLH Center and no Sub, run buy about Technics SA-DX1050.

    Reciever and Center were $250
    R40s $120 each
    R15s $55 each.

soo looks like about $600 total, when I get some more money I will reconsider picking up a sub (opted to get the surrounds instead this time) and then after that a new Center (most likely Polk CS120)
