    how can i open a graphics file saved in MS photodraw wid the xtension .mix without it

    how can i open a graphics file saved in MS photodraw wid the xtension .mix without it. i cant get hold on photo draw or ask the person to send the pic again. is there any converter that will convert it from .mix format to any other format such as bmp or jpeg etc. plz help me.

    I don't think there's a free converter. Read this THREAD on the hit and miss with changing the file extension and .mix veiwers.

    If you happen to know anyone with a Mac see if they can open it for you. Macs are not too picky about file extensions, but I have never tried this one.

    isnt it possible to change the xtension from .mix to something like .jpeg or bmp. i tried that but that didnt help either. plz plz do something and help me out. these pictures are very important. plz help me. i know only u computer guruz have the answerz

    Anywayz, you can't just remame a file and expect it to be the type of file you renamed it to...


    Edit: You can insert it into Word (or any MS Office app I assume), to view it...
