    help!

    i want to see my entire file name instead of hw i want to see hw.doc

    etc. game.exe


    how do i doit running xp

    Same place where you set the Hidden files options in the File Option dialog box. Somewhere, just above or under, there is someting that says Hide extentions of knowed files or something. I can't say how to to this exactly as I'm on a computer running 98 right now

    open my computer, select 'tools', and then 'folder options'. Select the 'view' tab, adn uncheck the 'hide file extensions for known file types' option.
