    Yea...that's probably fairly typical for stock voltage. With that mobo you still have alot of wiggle room. You can get alot more out of the FSB and there's certainly more room to increase the processor speed if your willing to increase the vcore. Normally you would turn the multiplier way down and figure out were the FSB craps out and then back it off a little. Then, start increasing the multiplier until you find the limit for the processor and then back it off a little. At that point you should have your max. overclock. Of course, this is a bit of a generalization as there are numerous other parameters besides the FSB and multiplier which can be tweaked to squeeze that last little bit out of your rig.

    I just noted the fact that you said your running pc2100. There may not be to much room left in your FSB with that memory. You should get some PC3500 and then you can avoid being handicapped by the speed of your memory.
