    tv tuner/video capture cards?

    Hello,
    Are there any tv tuner cards that have good quality picture? I would like it to be less than $100. Thanks for your help.
    2400+
    512 PC2100
    2x 80 gig WD (one is SE)
    FX5200 (I don't game )

    The leadtek winfast tv is a great card. Does TV and FM Radio all in one package and the picture quality is superb
