    Difference between ATI 9700pro's

    Why is there such a big price difference with the 9700pro's? I see them from under $300 to almost $400.

    They're all basically the same card. The main difference between them all is their cooling mechanism. The price differs, 'cause some brand names have stronger brand recognition. Believe it or not, if the card says Hercules, people will be willing to pay the extra so and so amount of dollars just so they own the Hercules card. That's about it.

    i could of bought a hercules 9700 pro but i got the ATI 9700 Pro the original one . its alot cheaper
