That's pretty harsh, I mean come on, I'm running a visiontek ti 4200, and I'm a little worried about their support of their existing nvidia cards if they are hammering it so much... They're really burning their bridges...

The truth hurts.... good move IMO.

Oh, and I doubt they will just stop supporting older nVidia cards.

Would be funny to see visiontek die a painful death now.

...or not. if they really are changing to ATi core, it will be great for them. Just as everybody bought visiontek GF3 and GF4 cards because they were dirt cheap, and were not ripped of power hardware wise. if they do this for ATi, it will be great because as of now, i dont see any dirt cheap 9700Pro cards (cept for the FIC, but....fic...i dont trust them maybe its just me), and if visiontek makes one its on my list!

As for the ad...i think someone hacked into visiontek. I mean sure, it could be real, but this si the first time ive seen such relations outside a meeting. Damn. More power to visiontek!
High End Lian Li Case = $180 on Mastercard
High End Coolermaster Case = $180 on mastercard
Debating which computer case is better = Priceless

You didnt see the flash of visiontek blowing up the dawn ferry! Now that was funny. I dont think visiontek is owned by the same PPL now, thats why we see these unusual ads...

....or so. After seeing that i'll probably never buy a visiontek product again. I'm actually planning on getting the 9700pro but I GUARANTEE it will not be from a company as UN-professional as they look right now. Like I said, it would be funny to see the GeforceFX end up being a huge success and destroy visionteks sales on their graphics boards. Maybe Nvidia should start making monitors.

Didn't VisionTek get bought out? I know they went into or got close to bankruptcy last year.
